Everyone is different, and we all have preferences for how we interact with and understand the world and our experiences. I start with those preferences and your goals for therapy and use all the skills and techniques I've learned over a decade of coaching and nearly five years of counselling and hypnotherapy to find the best fit for you.
I can work with you in a time-limited way, offering a few sessions to help you move towards a specific goal such as using hypnotherapy to overcome performance anxiety and phobias, or on an open-ended basis to give you space to explore your past experiences and current emotions to better understand who you are.
I offer counselling, coaching or hypnotherapy sessions online or in-person at £40 per session. I also offer a free 15 minute telephone or Zoom consultation to discuss your needs.
Single session hypnotherapy can be arranged for smoking cessation or in preparation for an event by arrangement.
Counselling gives you the space you need to talk about issues that are troubling you from your past and in your present. Working through complex feelings and identifying unhelpful thinking patterns can help you live your life more fully.
As a qualified hypnotherapist, I am able to use this approach for a wide range of issues. Whether you have a phobia to overcome, a big speaking engagement or would like to feel more confident, clients having hypnotherapy find that they improve quickly.
